I'm digging into Yamaha electric bikes lately and thought I’d share what I found, since prices and models can be a little confusing.
Right now, Yamaha e-bikes usually fall between $2,500 and $6,000 depending on the type. The more entry-level lifestyle and commuter models, like the CrossCore RC or CrossConnect, start at around $2,999. If you’re looking at the All-Roads line bikes designed for both street and light gravel riding they usually land between $3,500 and $4,200. At the top end, the mountain-ready YDX-MORO series goes for around $5,799 to $6,499.
What stood out to me is how Yamaha covers very different needs in one lineup. The All-Road models, like the Wabash, are great if you want a mix of commuting and weekend gravel riding. For around $3.5K 4K, you get a 500 Wh battery reliable pedal-assist up to 20–28 mph (depending on class), and a smooth balance between comfort and performance.
If speed is your priority, the Civante is worth looking atit’s a sporty road-style e-bike that assists up to 28 mph and feels light under you. On the other hand, if you’re into trails and mountain riding, the YDX-MORO models stand out. They come with full suspension, powerful motors with up to 85 Nm of torque, and solid trail handling.
