I’ve been noticing a lot of news around electric vehicles and e-bikes lately. Sales are climbing across the globe, more companies are investing in new tech, and even special models are being launched for seniors to make riding easier. At the same time, some places are banning e-bikes while others are promoting them heavily.
It makes me wonder are EVs and e-bikes truly going to replace traditional cars and bikes in the near future, or will they remain more of an alternative choice?
For those who already own an EV or an e-bike, how has your experience been so far?
Do you think maintenance costs and battery recycling issues will slow down adoption?
What about safety concerns, especially with stories about thefts and road incidents?
I’d really like to hear from people here. Do you think this is just a trend that will fade, or are we looking at a complete shift in the way people move around in the next decade?
