Hey everyone,
I’ve been looking into the Meelod ebike for a while and wanted to share my experience.
For the price, around $1,100‑$1,300, you get a fat‑tire electric bike with a 750‑1200 W motor and a big battery. It feels solid and gives a smooth ride on flat roads. The fat tires make it stable, and it’s fun to ride for commuting or weekend trips.
A few things to know: the bike is heavy, so lifting or storing it can be a challenge. The claimed range sounds great, but in real use with hills or higher speeds, it will be less. Some riders mention that getting spare parts can take time.
Overall, I think it’s good if you ride mostly flat roads, want a strong-looking bike, and are okay with a little extra effort for maintenance. If your rides are long, steep, or you need quick service, you might want to consider alternatives.
For me, it’s a decent bike for the price, fun to ride, and practical for short to medium city trips.
